HOW IT STARTED
From her kitchen in Katampe Abuja, to different cities and states across Nigeria today.
Established in 2014 from the mind of a Lady with great eyes for details, passion for quality living and
exquisitely styled environments, The GoodLand Company was founded.
The name, GOODLAND was an inspiration she received during a retreat, when her entrepreneurship
journey began – from the start point to official flag off.
Through strategic foresight, drive and determination, she has built a strong reputation for her
passionate and thriving Interior Design career.
Suffice it to say, today, we’ve breaking boundaries; albeit with significant lessons learned on the
journey thus far.GOODLAND is growing exponentially!
Since inception till date, not only has the company expanded to include a new thriving store/office
Branch, but we have grown in human size – with about 20 permanent number of staff, 10 or more
contract staff and a large number of contractors and partners as at today.
The GOODLAND brand is this day one of the sought-after Interior Design and one of its kind Real
Estate brand in the industry. we are being connected and brought before ‘Kings and Queens’ and we
have barely scratched the surface of our potential. This is due to its uniqueness in business –
covering Sales, Projects and Products.

in 2014 and established in 2017, by our untiring Creative Director and Brand Strategist Ogey
Emefiele. Incorporated in Nigeria under COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT 1990 and limited in
shares, GOODLAND creates & delivers true Modern Luxury Living.
A 100% built from the scratch fast-growing company that are made up of a team of dedicated,
innovative, creative and results-driven team with a strong passion for what we do. Working tirelessly
in delivering very functional, timeless, warmth and well thought out tailored spaces.
